Course Overview
This workshop guides teams of 4–6 individuals through designing, building, and reviewing a custom AI agent using Gemini Enterprise. Beginning with brainstorming and idea selection, teams collaborate to create and deploy a prototype agent within the Gemini Enterprise platform. During the review session, participants receive feedback and recommendations tailored to their solutions. The workshop provides hands-on experience with agent development and equips teams with practical advice for refining and enhancing their AI solutions.

Students should create a Google Gemini Enterprise account prior to the session.
Course Objectives
- Learn how to build your own AI Agents to help optimize your day-to-day using Gemini Enterprise.
- Curate an Agent to you specific role such as;
- HR Onboarding Bot: automate the initial onboarding of an employee and answer common questions they may have.
- IT Help Desk Assistant: help employees troubleshoot common issues, reset passwords, and submit tickets.
- Legal Document Retrieval System: help paralegals and legal professionals retrieve legal documents quickly and target information from a knowledge base.
- Automated Service Ticket Escalation: automatically escalate unresolved support tickets.
- Social media Monitoring Agent: summarize social media mentions and sentiment analysis for brand monitoring.
- Maintenance Request Agent: allow quick submission of maintenance requests for equipment or facilities.
Outline: Build your Agent with Gemini Enterprise (BAAS)
- 2-hour Ideation session to define the scope of the agent
- Agent building session where teams work together with the coach on building the agent according to details from the ideation session
- Review session
- 2-hour Post-hack consulting discussing possible agent improvements, extensions, and fixes
