Online Training (ELT)
ELT courses are self-study opportunities that can help students learn topics on their schedule and minimize the cost of training travel and on-the-job down time. ELT courses can include VOD and whiteboard elements and may be full courses or microlearning segments designed to engage users as they learn.
ELT courses are typically courses that provide user interaction via on-screen elements and that cover a complete topic area or subject in a sequential manner. ELT courses can include video-on-demand (VOD) and whiteboard elements in limited amounts.
Short customized live action training videos that support a customer’s unique learning objectives. These are typically similar in nature to YouTube videos, but can be as complex as TED Talks if required. They can incorporate as many or as few of the following video footage styles as necessary. These can be filmed on location, custom created, or created with stock video.
Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
When the instructor and learners are both present simultaneously, possibilities for structured engagements and group collaboration are endless. Hands-on events, teamwork and interactive projects, as well as detailed lab activities are all possible within an ILT framework.
Instructor-Led Live Training
Face-to-face training live with an instructor can include:

Instructor-Led Online (ILO)
Live training delivered electronically through an Internet conference set up (sometimes we refer to virtual meeting platform) Can include:

New Hire Training
New hire training or onboarding can help your team rapidly develop and apply relevant technical skills, business process understanding, or other critical on-the-job knowledge they’ll need to succeed in your workplace. Our case study approach focuses on training your team for what you need them to do, not simply in general competencies.
Onboarding Programs focus on specific technologies utilized in companies where new personnel are entering the workplace. Common topics include programming, DevOps, and processes.
New Hire training often focuses on technologies rather than their use in specific situations. Using case studies and custom projects, content can be modernized and improved to more effectively ramp teams.
New hire training does not necessarily end after a short starting period. Formal training can be blended with follow-on activities such as coaching, mentoring, or virtual meetings to enhance results.
